Do I need to be based in Devon?
No. Graphics and editing can be delivered remotely. Livestream setup is arranged around your venue and requirements, with travel agreed in the quote.
What should I have ready?
Your main message, deadline and any logos, copy or visual references. For editing, share your footage and intended video length. For livestreams, a list or photos of your current equipment are a useful starting point.
How quickly can a project be delivered?
Delivery depends on the brief and availability. Your quote includes a timeline. If you have a fixed event date, mention it at the start so we can plan around it.
Can I ask for changes?
Graphics and video packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed direction. A new concept, extra deliverables or further rounds are quoted before any additional work.
Does livestream setup include cameras and equipment?
The setup fee covers planning, configuration, testing and training. Equipment, software subscriptions, travel and any installation work are separate, so the system can be tailored to your budget and venue.
